You must be at least 21 years old to register and use 7winph. This is a strict legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations in the Philippines. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended and any funds held pending review.
Each player is permitted to hold only one 7winph account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 7winph are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly – they must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment methods registered in your name. 7winph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 7winph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). Geographic Eligibility. The 7winph platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 7winph makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 7winph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.
Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete. 7winph reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.
KYC Verification. 7winph may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC verification may require you to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7winph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
Unauthorized Access. You must notify 7winph immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. 7winph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity. 7winph reserves the right to treat all transactions made through your account as having been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in accordance with these Terms.
Shared Devices. You are strongly advised not to save your 7winph login credentials on shared or public devices. Always log out of your account when using a device that is not your personal device. 7winph accepts no liability for losses arising from the use of your account on shared devices.
Accepted Payment Methods. 7winph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 7winph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or credit card gambling deposits, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.
Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 60 seconds of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours and cut-off times.
Withdrawal Verification. 7winph reserves the right to verify your identity and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts and payment methods registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
Wagering Requirements. Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Please refer to Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) and the specific terms of each promotion for applicable wagering requirements.
Transaction Fees. 7winph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or charges, for which 7winph accepts no responsibility.
General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, loyalty points, and promotional offers made available by 7winph are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
Bonus Abuse. 7winph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Promotion Availability. Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, time, or game restrictions. 7winph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Loyalty Program. Points earned through the 7winph loyalty program are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be redeemed in accordance with the loyalty program terms. 7winph reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time.
Game Integrity. All games available on the 7winph platform use either certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live physical equipment operated by trained dealers. RNG-based games are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards. Live dealer games use physical cards and equipment visible on camera at all times.
Game Results. The results of all games on 7winph are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, 7winph will endeavor to resolve the situation fairly and in accordance with the applicable game rules. Where a game result cannot be determined due to a technical error, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the player.
Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each game on the 7winph platform has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. 7winph reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
Malfunction Voids All Pays. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the integrity of a game, 7winph reserves the right to void all bets and pays associated with the affected game session. Players will be notified of any such action.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7winph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
Ownership. All content on the 7winph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the property of 7winph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limited License. 7winph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.
Restrictions. You may not use any 7winph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without the prior written consent of 7winph. Any unauthorized use of 7winph's intellectual property may result in legal action.
No Warranty. The 7winph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. 7winph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7winph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 7winph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum Liability. In no event shall 7winph's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7winph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Force Majeure. 7winph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
Our Commitment. 7winph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
Self-Exclusion. Any player who wishes to restrict their access to the 7winph platform may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team or using the self-exclusion tool in their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, 7winph will use reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform and will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.
Age Verification. 7winph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

Suspension by 7winph. 7winph reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that: (a) you have violated any provision of these Terms; (b) your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) you have provided false information during registration or KYC; (d) your account is subject to a legal hold or regulatory inquiry; or (e) 7winph is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Closure by Player. You may close your 7winph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 7winph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as published on the platform from time to time.
7winph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7winph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the 7winph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Regulatory Authority. 7winph operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Complaints relating to the fairness of games or the conduct of 7winph may be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedures.
Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and 7winph, you agree to first contact 7winph's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
